The Google Cloud team helps companies, schools, and government seamlessly switch to Google products. As a Cloud Technical Solutions Engineer, you'll troubleshoot technical problems for customers, debug, work on networking and system administration, update documentation, and code/script when needed. You'll identify root problems, improve supportability, and work with engineers and product managers to make products easier to use. You'll act as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders, resolving technical deployment obstacles and improving Google Cloud. You'll also advocate for customer needs with cross-functional teams to improve the product and drive production. This role involves 24/7 support, requiring occasional non-standard work hours. The position requires fluent communication in Japanese and English.
