Job Description

Smilegate RPG, a leading developer and operator of online MMORPGs, seeks a seasoned HRM professional for its Seongnam, South Korea office. The successful candidate will manage employee attendance, personnel information, and related HR systems. Responsibilities encompass data analysis, reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws. This role demands strong MS Office skills, exceptional communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine interest in people. Experience in a similar role within a sizable organization (500+ employees) and familiarity with the gaming industry are highly valued.

Must have:

2+ years' experience in HR operations
Strong MS Office skills
Excellent communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations

Good to have:

Gaming industry experience
Experience in a 500+ employee company

자격요건

- 인사운영 실무 경력 2년 이상이신 분 - 인사업무에 대한 관심과 관련 법령 등에 대한 이해가 있으신 분

필요역량

- MS Office 활용 및 문서 작성 능력 - 원만한 대인관계와 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력 - 꼼꼼하고 정확한 업무 수행 역량 - 사람에 대한 넓은 이해와 관심

우대사항

- 게임 업계에 대한 관심이 많고, 게임을 즐기시는 분 - 500명 이상 기업에서 인사운영 업무를 경험해 보신 분
