Job Description

This role involves managing the development of graphic resources for the Crossfire IP and other global cultural content. Responsibilities include managing project milestones, graphic team resources, improving development efficiency, participating in graphic-related meetings, tracking issues and revisions, and ensuring the timely completion of assets. The ideal candidate will have experience with live service games, a strong understanding of game development and graphic production processes, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence. The position requires strong collaboration skills across internal and external teams, resource management abilities, and excellent documentation skills.

Must have:

Live service game experience
Understanding of game development & graphic processes
Excellent communication & collaboration
Proficiency in Jira/Confluence
Resource & schedule management
Documentation & organization skills

Good to have:

Graphic resource creation experience
Proficiency in Photoshop, 3DMax, Zbrush
Outsourcing management experience
Art background or related degree
Project management experience using collaboration tools

- 프로젝트 마일스톤에 따른 그래픽 조직 전체의 리소스 개발 및 이슈 관리 - 개발 효율성 향상을 위한 프로세스 개선 업무 - 그래픽 관련 회의 참석, 결정 및 후속 진행 사항에 대한 관리 - 그래픽 관련 이슈 관리 및 수정 사항 트래킹

자격요건

- 라이브 서비스 경험이 있으신 분 - 게임개발 및 그래픽 제작 프로세스에 이해도가 높으신 분 - 유연한 커뮤니케이션으로 협업에 적극적이신 분 - 협업 도구 사용 경험이 있으신 분 (Jira/Confluence)

필요역량

- 유관부서와의 협업 및 커뮤니케이션 역량(내부/외부 커뮤니케이션) - 리소스 제작 일정 관리 역량 - 문서 작성 및 정리 역량

우대사항

- 그래픽 리소스 제작 실무 경험이 있으신 분 - 그래픽 툴 사용 경험이 있으신 분 (Photoshop, 3DMax, Zbrush 등등) - 그래픽 외주 관리 경험이 있으신 분 - 아트 직군 또는 관련 학과 출신이신 분 - 협업 도구를 통한 프로젝트 관리 경험이 있으신 분
