Job Summary
Job Description
KRAFTON is looking for an in-house system engineer. The team is responsible for building, operating, and supporting most of the IT operating environment operated by KRAFTON. Key responsibilities include managing Active Directory services, Office365/M365 services, collaboration systems like Wiki and Jira, user management for public cloud accounts (AWS, Azure, Google), automating tasks with scripts or development languages, and configuring and operating on-premise systems. They utilize Slack for communication and integrate various enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will handle IT-related inquiries and support, manage internal systems, and automate system management tasks.
Must have:
- Graduation (expected) of 25 years and a major in computer engineering or IT.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills through internships or competitions.
- Basic understanding of Windows Server OS or Linux OS (AD, NPS, etc).
- Experience installing and testing web servers, DB servers, and application servers.
- Ability to use at least one scripting language or development language.
- No issues with overseas travel.
Good to have:
- A willingness to challenge new technologies and proactively solve problems.
- Experience with open source solutions such as ElasticSearch, Ansible, Datadog, etc.
- Experience with virtualization and cloud environments (VMware, AWS, Azure, etc).
- Business-level English communication skills.

KRAFTON System Team은 KRAFTON에서 운영하는 대부분의 IT 운영 환경을 구축, 운영, 장애 지원을 하는 팀이며, 구체적인 내용은 아래와 같습니다.
- Active Directory 서비스를 운영 및 지원하고 있습니다: Enterprise AD 환경, ADFS, ADFS Proxy, AAD 등
- Office365/M365서비스를 운영하고 이용자를 지원합니다: Azure AD, Defender, SSO, SAML, EMS, Enterprise OneDrive 및 SharePoint, Azure Enterprise App 등
- Wiki, Jira와 같은 협업 시스템을 구축, 관리 및 지원 합니다
- AWS, Azure Google와 같은 public cloud account/subscription에 대한 이용자 관리를 담당합니다.
- 모든 IT 서비스들에 대해서 스크립트 또는 개발 언어를 이용하여 업무를 자동화하고 있습니다.
- On-premise 시스템을 위한 bare-metal 시스템 및 HCI platform, storage 등을 구성하고 운영합니다.
- Slack을 메신저로 이용하며, 다양한 기업용 솔루션들과 연동하고 자동화하여 업무 효율을 높입니다.

- 사내 IT 관련 문의 처리 및 지원
- KRAFTON에서 운영되는 사내 시스템 관리 및 운영
- Windows 및 Linux OS 기반 시스템 기획, 운영, 장애 지원
- Multi Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) 환경의 사용자 관리
- Hypervisor (VMware, HyperV) 기반의 시스템 기획, 운영, 장애 지원
- 게임 개발 환경 구성, 운영, 장애 지원 (형상 관리 솔루션, QA용 VM 제공)
- 시스템 관리 작업의 자동화 및 스크립트 작성

- 25년 졸업(예정) 학/석사 및 컴퓨터 공학 및 정보기술 관련 전공 하신분
- 인턴십, 공모전, 해커톤 등 참석을 통해 기술 문제 해결력 및 적응력을 입증하신 분 또는 기업 주관 SW기술 교육 프로그램 수료하신 분
- Windows Server OS 또는 Linux OS에 대한 초급 이상의 이해도 (AD, NPS, DHCP, DNS, RADIUS, etc)
- WEB 서버, DB 서버, 어플리케이션 서버 설치 및 테스트 경험
- 업무 자동화를 위한 초급 이상의 1개 이상의 스크립트 언어 or 개발 언어 사용 능력
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분
