As a Programs Specialist, you will enthusiastically represent the Google brand and build our talent pipeline. Whether it’s making our recruiting systems more efficient, planning for our growth, building relationships on college campuses or cultivating the next generation of computer scientists, you will have a keen understanding on the recruiting needs of Google and the broader hiring landscape. You'll be focused on cultivating outstanding candidates for Google's long-term hiring needs, and you are the glue that ties together a cross-functional and international group of recruiting teams.

The Talent Engagement team focuses on talent outreach and engagement, building solutions to address the key problem statements our recruiting team or the business are facing to achieve their hiring requirements. Our mission is to identify, connect, and activate talent for Google. As part of this team, you will work on key programs and events that connect Google to talent. You will also be required to demonstrate the ease of managing programs and drive business impact.
