岗位职责:
1.旗舰店和短期POP UP SHOP的运营管理(包括对运营团队的指示)。
2.商品库存管理、订货业务、配送安排。
3.商品陈列指示、货架及展示装饰管理。
4.销售动态分析,并利用市场营销活动提升销售的方案制定与执行。
5.店铺推广活动(包括SNS)的策划与实施。
6.与商业设施方的各类谈判。
7.合同相关事务、订单和配送处理、销售业绩报表处理。
岗位要求:
1.具有2年以上IP相关商品行业或店铺运营经验者优先。
2.具备线下商店、动漫IP及相关商品的知识,并对Aniplex的IP有一定了解者。
3.具备商务级别的日语能力。
4.对细节工作认真负责,能够带着责任感完成各项工作。
5.能够灵活应对突发状况,具备良好的适应能力。
6.个性开朗自信,能够融入团队并具备较强的团队合作精神。
7.能够与外部组织进行顺畅的沟通。
