Job Description:

Strategy is the conscience of our agency. We believe great insights can come from anywhere; from research and data, to pop culture and psychology. We’re building a diverse strategy department to reflect our boundless curiosity. So we are constantly looking for fresh minds, capable of inspiring creatives and designers, and help set the strategic direction for our clients.

Currently, we are looking for a Strategy Lead Social, who will:

  • Head up the social strategy team. Mentoring the more junior strategists and playing a pivotal role on key social accounts. 

  • Challenge all strategists with in-depth knowledge of the social landscape. Push them to be more in the now and in the know of what is happening on the platforms and in culture. 

  • Uncover original human insights through social listening, consumer safaris, video interviews, data analysis and other research means.

  • Use these insights to wow clients, creatives and other agency peers.

  • Develop effective communication strategies.

  • Translate business objectives into real world tactics.

  • Take an active role during creative development, expanding first creative ideas into social approaches and campaign plans.

  • Educate agency peers about relevant new communication and consumer behavior developments.

  • Creatives value you as a source of advice and inspiration.

  • Detail-oriented, good follow through, able to multitask, and work well under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.

  • You are comfortable with different qualitative and quantitative research methods.

  • You know everything there is to know about social platforms, trends and have a keen insight on how to leverage those for brands in an authentic way. 

  • You are passionate about creating awesome creative work.

  • You are driven by curiosity, open-mindedness and collaboration, and like to contribute to multidisciplinary, non-hierarchical teams.

  • You are proficient in Dutch, English and Keynote. Other languages are a pre.

  • Your colleagues admire you for being straightforward, constructive and professional.
