Job Description
As a Technical Project Manager within the Terrestrial Tactical Solutions department, you will manage the Solution Engineering activities for your project, ensuring cost, deadline, and risk commitments are met while satisfying client requirements. You will ensure overall development consistency, provide engineering inputs to Product Policy, and retrieve deliverables. You will also participate in drafting specific and product documents for solution specification, definition, and IVVQ. You will lead the project team, elaborate project progress, manage risks and opportunities, and oversee associated costs.

Must Have:

- Lead the project team in co-engineering with contributing engineering teams.
- Elaborate project progress for instantiation project management.
- Manage project risks and opportunities.
- Manage costs associated with the Instantiation Project Work Package.
- At least 3 years of experience in complex System Engineering Management, System of Systems Engineering, Hardware, or Real-time Software Engineering.
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and co-engineering development.
- Proficiency with cost management, development strategy (PERT, planning), specification, definition, and IVV tools.
- Knowledge in the field of Radiocommunications.

Your daily life
The Gennevilliers Campus is the heart of design, development, and support activities for major defense systems: radiocommunications, resilient network and infrastructure systems, satellite communications, collaborative combat, and cybersecurity. Located north of Paris, it is quickly accessible by public transport.
Within the Terrestrial Tactical Solutions department, you will act as a Technical Project Manager.
Supporting Project Managers and under the functional authority of the Product Policy's Engineering Delivery Manager,
Supporting the Project Managers of Instantiation projects and under the functional authority of the Radiocommunication Product Policy's Engineering Delivery Manager, you will:
- Ensure the management of your project's Solution Engineering activities to meet cost, deadline, and risk commitments and satisfy Client requirements.
- Ensure the overall consistency of development.
- Provide engineering inputs to the Product Policy and retrieve its deliverables.
- Participate in drafting specific and product documents contributing to the Solution's specification, definition, and IVVQ.
- In collaboration with the HODs of the teams holding the necessary skills for the project's activities, lead the team assigned to the project and ensure its operation in co-engineering with the various engineering contributors to the product policy.
- Develop project progress for the instantiation project management (competitiveness KPIs, causal analyses of problems, and associated corrective actions).
- Manage the risks and opportunities of your project and escalate those arising from the product policy for all engineering activities.
- Manage the costs associated with your Instantiation Project Work Package.
This position requires occasional travel in France (Cholet) or abroad (Europe/Middle East).
Your profile
- With an Engineer/Bac+5 degree, do you have at least 3 years of experience in complex System Engineering Management, System of Systems Engineering (Meta-Systems), Hardware, or Real-time Software Engineering?
- Do you have knowledge in Agile Development, Lean Development, Co-engineering Development, Cost Management Tools, Development Strategy Management Tools (PERT, planning), Specification, Definition, and IVV Tools?
- Do you have knowledge in the field of Radiocommunications?
- Are you recognized for your autonomy, curiosity, and dynamism?
