Job Summary
This project involves designing and developing a comprehensive In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) system, focusing on UI/UX, architecture, and software development to enhance the in-car user experience. The Test Engineer / Defect Manager will be responsible for intelligent cockpit software testing, including manual and automation testing, test bench construction, functional test case development, and problem analysis. The role also involves planning and monitoring test strategy and metrics, and collaborating with stakeholders to define software validation strategies.
Must Have
- Mainly responsible for intelligent cockpit software testing, including manual and automation testing, and test bench construction.
- Responsible for functional test case development, test environment construction, program development, and debugging.
- Design and develop test scenarios for the smart cockpit system.
- Responsible for intelligent cockpit interaction system function test.
- Responsible for test implementation, problem analysis, and management.
- Assist project manager in test data analysis, test plan, and solution preparation.
- Plan and monitor test strategy and test plan.
- Plan test measurements and metrics for the product and Testing Team.
- Work with stakeholders (PO, Developers) to determine software validation strategy.
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer, electronics/communication, automation, or vehicle-related majors.
- Test management, theory, and methodology know-how and experience.
- More than 3 years of experience in intelligent cockpit testing.
- Proficient in HMI-related development and testing software.
- Familiar with testing tools like ADB debugging, Appium, Jenkins.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Agile development and Agile testing.
- Experience in test evaluation system establishment and report drafting.
- C language, Python or Labview development skills.
- Experience in Qualcomm 8155/8295 smart cockpit bench testing.
- Experience in CI/CD/CT test deployment and integration.
- ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager certification.
- Experience in ISO 29119.
- Software testing, Automotive SPICE Test experience.
