Transcreation Writer

As a Transcreation Writer, you will be responsible for translating and adapting game texts from Polish to English, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy. Your daily tasks include creating narrative materials, supporting the Voice Over recording process, analyzing source texts for localization, and adapting texts to regional standards while maintaining their original meaning and emotional impact. You will also be using text and dialogue-related tools like Google Docs, Google Sheets, Confluence, and in-house tools. You will be working to create exceptional games that reach players worldwide.

Must Have

• Create additional narrative materials such as descriptions, notes, and audio logs. 
• Support the VO (Voice Over) recording process by collaborating with the Localization team and delivering materials on time. 
• Analyze source texts to identify key contextual and non-textual elements essential for localization. 
• Adapt texts to regional cultural, legal, and societal standards while preserving their original intent and emotional impact. 
• Daily usage of text and dialogue related tools including Google Docs, Google Sheets, Confluence and our in-house Dialogue and Localization Tools
