Job Summary
We are looking for a working student in Community Management to support our team in Berlin or Munich. As a global, socially-led creative agency, we offer unparalleled expertise in social media, shaping culture with ideas worth talking about. This role involves direct and intensive exchange with a specific target group, providing a perfect entry into Community/Social Media Management. You will moderate comments, answer questions, foster dialogue, monitor trends, and collaborate with content and strategy teams.
Must Have
- Community Management on various social media platforms (moderating comments, answering questions, fostering dialogue)
- Monitoring & Trend-Scouting (identifying relevant topics, bringing valuable insights)
- Close collaboration with the content and strategy team to integrate the community perspective into social media strategy
- Independent management of community management for a major brand client, especially on weekends
- Enthusiasm for Social Media, digital trends, and creative communication
- Good sense of language: knowing how to address communities authentically and smartly
- Ongoing studies in communication, marketing, or a comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of common social media platforms and trends
- Proficient in MS Office
- Structured, independent way of working and strong communication skills
- Creativity, commitment, and a hands-on mentality
- Willingness to work regularly on weekends

- Polish language skills
- First experience with Social Media Management tools

As a working student in Community Management, you will support our team and engage in direct and intensive exchange with a very specific target group. Direct communication with a global brand community can be the perfect entry into the field of Community / Social Media Management for you.
Requirements
What does the role involve?
- Community Management on various social media platforms: You will moderate comments, answer questions, and foster dialogue with the community.
