Job Description

The Sales organization generates revenue to fuel product and service development, enriching lives globally. Our sales team represents Apple to its largest customers. In this pivotal role, you will partner with the WW Services & Solutions Director, providing strategic counsel, leading critical projects, and optimizing operational effectiveness. You will shape global strategy, influence product roadmaps, and ensure the team has necessary tools and resources. Responsibilities include managing initiatives, leading international program rollouts, supporting performance reviews, identifying revenue opportunities, optimizing processes, providing internal tech support, partnering with Sales Finance for OPEX, coaching team members, and developing presentations for senior leadership.

  • Deep understanding of the Apple ecosystem, products, services, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience with process optimization methodologies, tools, and implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial performance, including OPEX.
Must Have:
  • 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with successful execution.
  • Strong consultative skills, facilitating strategic discussions with senior executives.
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise Sales processes to influence sales outcomes.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, building consensus and delivering presentations.
  • Ability to define success metrics, analyze data, and communicate program ROI effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key partner to the WW Services & Solutions Director, providing strategic counsel, leading critical projects, and optimizing our team's operational effectiveness. You will play a vital role in shaping our global strategy, influencing product roadmaps, and ensuring our team has the tools and resources needed to succeed.

In this role, you will: - Manage and oversee critical initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality execution - Lead the international rollout of new innovative programs, working with legal, compliance, operations, sales, and leadership teams - Support and guide the team in developing and delivering performance reviews to senior leadership, by communicating data-driven insights - Participate with cross-functional teams to find opportunities to boost revenue for key Apple platforms - Optimize team processes and workflows, collaborating with IT and process improvement teams - Serve as a point of contact for internal technology support, ensuring the team's needs are met - Partner with Sales Finance to create and manage operating expenses - Provide coaching and guidance to team, supporting their development and success - Collaborate with the Director to develop and deliver presentations for senior executive leadership.

  • 10+ years of proven experience leading highly visible, complex, and cross-functional programs within matrixed organizations, demonstrating a track record of successful execution and impactful results
  • Strong consultative skills, including demonstrated success in facilitating strategic discussions sessions with senior executives and their subject matter experts to drive alignment and achieve desired outcomes
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise Sales standard processes and a proven ability to leverage programs as strategic levers to influence sales outcomes and accelerate revenue growth
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information, build consensus across all organizational levels, and deliver high-impact presentations to leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to define clear success metrics, analyze data rigorously, and communicate program return on investment effectively through data-driven insights and compelling narratives
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience navigating complex organizational structures and influencing senior leadership. Demonstrates the ability to effectively navigate matrixed environments and build strong relationships with executives to drive critical initiatives
  • Deep understanding of the Apple ecosystem. Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of Apple's products, services, and go-to-market strategies
  • Experience with process optimization methodologies and tools as well as implementation tools to enhance operational efficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial performance. Proven track record of effectively managing operating expenses (OPEX) and contributing to financial planning processes

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,300 and $263,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
