Job Description

The YouTube Strategic Partner Manager role involves cultivating and managing relationships with key leaders within the Creator Third Parties ecosystem. Responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact, building trust and rapport, providing strategic guidance to internal teams, and developing programs to support Creator Third Parties. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in influencer marketing, and excellent organizational leadership skills to navigate ambiguity and collaborate effectively across various teams. This role is crucial for scaling support to influential creators on YouTube and ensuring a positive experience for its massive user base. The position requires expertise in relationship management, strategic advisory, program development and execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
Must have:

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in the influencer marketing industry.
  • 3 years of experience analyzing and structuring business problems.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with complex project management.
  • Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management.
  • Experience working with Shorts creators or interest in short-form video content.
  • Excellent organizational leadership skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, and collaborate with and influence teams across boundaries (cross-product, cross-organization, etc.).
  • Excellent data, quantitative, or problem solving skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$152,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
