Job Summary
Job Description
The Bilingual Business Analyst will be responsible for working closely with Arabic-speaking clients across the GCC, focusing on software requirement gathering and stakeholder communication. They will conduct client-facing requirement gathering sessions in both Arabic and English, draft Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specs, and User Stories. They will translate client business needs into clear technical requirements, work cross-functionally with product, tech, and QA teams, and support demos, UAT coordination, and post-implementation feedback cycles. The analyst will ensure deliverables meet both client expectations and UAE regulatory standards.
Must have:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (verbal and written)
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software projects
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum
- Experience in GCC client communication and stakeholder management

Mobiloitte is urgently looking for a dynamic Bilingual Business Analyst (Arabic-English) to join our team in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for working closely with Arabic-speaking clients across the GCC, focusing on software requirement gathering and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client-facing requirement gathering sessions in both Arabic and English.

- Translate client business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Work cross-functionally with product, tech, and QA teams.
- Support demos, UAT coordination, and post-implementation feedback cycles.
- Ensure deliverables meet both client expectations and UAE regulatory standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business / IT / Computer Science.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software projects.
- It is mandatory to be fluent in Arabic and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum.
- Experience in GCC client communication and stakeholder management.
