Director Product - Devices (all genders)

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Director of Product to lead our Devices (Toniebox) team, driving product development, managing the product portfolio, and ensuring our flagship product continues to delight and engage children and their families. Candidates can be located worldwide but must be willing to travel to Germany occasionally.

• Develop and execute the vision and strategy for our devices product category, esp. the Toniebox, aligned with the company’s overarching goals and product strategy.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
• Manage the global product portfolio of Toniebox variations and bundles, including lifecycle management and pricing, to drive commercial targets and customer engagement.
• Champion a customer-centric approach, gathering and analyzing market data, sales performance, and user feedback to inform decisions.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
• Work closely with senior leadership, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to align product initiatives with business goals.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product and portfolio success, and drive continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling consumer electronics or hardware products, ideally in a high-growth and international environment.
• Strong understanding of the product development process, from ideation to market launch.
• Experience in portfolio and category management, with the ability to drive product diversification and growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
• Passion for creating innovative products that enhance the lives of children and their families.
• Excellent English skills required.
