The Account Management team provides support to the Sales team during the
RFP, Campaign Management, Revisions, Post Campaign and Billing stages
o During Campaign Management, ensure the creative is sent and received to the
Operations team
§ For streaming/direct campaigns, ensure that creative is setup for iSpot

o Coordinate with the Operations team that the campaign is ready for launch and
activated accordingly
o Once campaign is live, conduct a spot check in Domo and troubleshoot any
issues as required
o Post 14 days post launch, conduct a spot check for iSpot data
o Manage weekly pacing reporting requirements in Domo
§ Information is pulled from DOMO, however data manipulation and
analysis may be required to complete
o Under delivery, Campaign and/or creative revisions, and cancellations to be
processed accordingly
o Assist in the aggregation and compiling of monthly reporting needed and end of
campaign wrap up and QBRs as needed
