Scopely is looking for a 3D Artist to join Looney Tunes team in Bangalore! This is a full-time position, with a hybrid set-up of working from office and home.

What You Will Do

  • Produce 3D content for environments or characters based on concepts for direct use in the Engine ( Unity )
  • Integrate models and textures into the Unity engine
  • Update tasks on the project management platform
  • Collaborate in project development dynamics
  • Brainstorms, Storymaps, Syncs, AllHands, Playtests, etc
  • Follow the pre-established technical and artistic direction in the project for producing models, textures, and materials
  • Have good predictability regarding the expected results by the project's art and technica direction
  • Brief, supervise, and provide feedback on third-party deliveries
  • Follow feedback to achieve the desired results set by the project's art and technical direction
  • Follow the organization of files, folders, and naming conventions according to the project's structure
  • Implement and test the assets in the engine to verify accurate functionality
  • Develop documentation and work processes following the lead's mentorship
  • Execute tasks independently (technically)
  • Contribute with delivery time estimates for tasks in the area

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3+ years producing 3D art for commercial games
  • Master the 3D art production process for games
  • Lowpoly/Highpoly modeling, UVs, and Textures (Handpainted/Photobased and Bakes).
  • Master some 3D sculpting software and know different digital sculpting processes for organic and inorganic objects
  • Master PBR texture concepts
  • Master the implementation of 3D models in the engine
  • Understand art concepts
  • Color theory, Anatomy, Composition, and Light
  • Intermediate English (level A3)
  • Knowledge of Substance Designer
  • Be detail-oriented with your work, always caring about the overall result of the game's 3D art
