Mobiloitte is urgently looking for a dynamic Bilingual Business Analyst (Arabic-English) to join our team in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for working closely with Arabic-speaking clients across the GCC, focusing on software requirement gathering and stakeholder communication. Responsibilities include conducting client-facing requirement gathering sessions in both Arabic and English, drafting Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specs, and User Stories. The role involves translating client business needs into clear technical requirements, working cross-functionally with product, tech, and QA teams, supporting demos, UAT coordination, and post-implementation feedback cycles, and ensuring deliverables meet both client expectations and UAE regulatory standards.
Must Have:
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business / IT / Computer Science.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software projects.

Requirements:

- It is mandatory to be fluent in Arabic and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum.
- Experience in GCC client communication and stakeholder management.
