Job Description

As a Lifecycle Specialist: Offboarding - AMER, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and positive offboarding experience for employees in the Americas region. You will work closely with HR, payroll, and other departments to handle all aspects of the offboarding process, including exit interviews, separation agreements, and final paychecks. You will also be responsible for managing employee data and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Must have:

Experience with HR processes and procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Good to have:

Experience with global payroll and benefits administration
Knowledge of employment law and regulations
Experience working in a remote environment
