Job Summary
Job Description
This contract position focuses on customer service and game operation for Lost Ark. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries through the official website and in-game channels, analyzing player feedback (VOC), gathering game data, and proposing improvements. The role requires strong written communication skills, a deep understanding of MMORPGs (preferably with Lost Ark experience), and the ability to analyze issues and document effective solutions. Rotational shifts including evenings, weekends, and occasional nights are required.
Must have:
- Customer service experience
- MMORPG game knowledge
- Excellent written communication
- Data analysis & problem-solving skills
- Proactive issue resolution
Good to have:
- Game GM/CM/CS experience
- Experience with Lost Ark

- 고객센터 대응 및 공식 홈페이지 모니터링
- 게임 데이터 및 VOC 수집 / 관리 / 개선방안 제안 활동
- 오후(14시~23시/월 3~4회), 주말(월 1~2회), 야간(2개월 내 1주) 로테이션 근무
자격요건
- 로스트아크 게임 운영에 관심이 많은 분
- 다양한 MMORPG 게임 플레이 경험으로 MMORPG에 대한 이해도가 높으신 분
- 맞춤법, 문법 등 기본적인 글쓰기에 대해 소양을 갖추신 분
필요역량
- 로스트아크의 전반적인 VOC를 적극적으로 해결하려는 자세
- 본질적인 문제와 발생된 이슈를 분석, 파악하여 효과적인 방안에 대해 문서화 할 수 있는 역량
- 긍정적인 마인드를 바탕으로 동료들과의 원활한 커뮤니케이션 역량
우대사항
- 게임 GM/CM/CS 경험자
- 지정된 업무를 포함한, 프로젝트의 발전과 목표를 위해 적극적인 개선, 제안이 가능하신 분
