Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the global Payroll Operations team. The responsibilities include processing GP and in-house payrolls, handling statutory filing requirements and payroll approvals. You will maintain accurate payroll records and support the Poland Payroll Ops team with administrative tasks. The role also involves maintaining Zendesk ticket queues, serving as a primary point of contact for customers, and ensuring full data integrity. The ideal candidate will be able to build processes from the ground up and focus on continuous improvement.

What you bring

  • Experience with in-house payroll processing for Poland
  • Knowledge of payroll best practices.
  • Proficient in using software tools like SAP, Excel / Google Sheet.
  • An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact.
  • Constantly thinking of ways to improve and speed up their work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process GP and in-house payrolls, statutory filing requirements and payroll approvals.
  • Update and maintain accurate payroll records.
  • Support the Poland Payroll Ops team with admin related tasks. Platnik Knowledge and Polish Payroll Knowledge.
  • Maintain Zendesk ticket queue.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers.
  • Pension uploads.
  • Responsible for ensuring full data integrity.
  • Be able to build processes from ground up and focus on continuous improvement.

Practical

  • You'll report to: Payroll Operations Manager
  • Team: Operations - Payroll
  • Location: You can fulfil this role from any location, but the knowledge of country payroll and language are required.
  • Start date: As soon as possible

The base salary range for this full-time position is between $24,600 USD to $27,700 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
