Performance Marketing Manager with 2+ years experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and data analysis for a gaming company in Berlin.

Job Details

YOUR GAME
  • Create, maintain, and analyze performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Tap into new channels to target unexplored audiences
  • Coordinate with the content, video production and web team to maximize the impact of ad campaigns
  • Contribute new ideas and start initiatives to take our ad campaigns to the next level
YOUR TALENT
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Natural Science, Informatics, Data Science, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, data analysis or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Proficiency in using marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics tools like Google Analytics, or willingness to learn these
  • Exhibit excellent written and spoken English skills (C1-level), as it is our primary language of communication. Proficiency in German is an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong passion for data, number crunching, data analysis
  • A passion for gaming and an understanding of current gaming trends
  • Experience in the gaming industry, particularly with F2P (Free-to-Play) models
