Experience in AAA game development and deep expertise in rendering techniques are essential for this role. You must have exceptional skills in C++, a thorough understanding of code architecture best practices, and the ability to independently plan and execute high-quality work. Effective communication and collaboration skills are required for working with internal stakeholders, and you must have the drive and passion to push for higher quality at every opportunity.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a Rendering Engineer in AAA game development
  • World-class expertise in rendering techniques and technologies
  • Exceptional skills in C++ programming, including code optimization, debugging, and profiling
  • Deep understanding of code architecture and best practices
  • Proven ability to independently plan and execute high-quality work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passionate about pushing the boundaries of visual fidelity and performance in gaming

Desirable

  • Experience with Unreal Engine 4 or 5
  • Experience working on open-world or highly immersive titles
  • Experience working on current generation consoles
  • Experience mentoring other engineers
