PICO Enteprise team connects the business world with XR technology and devices. We offer the broadest range of models to meet any use-case where XR can impact patient care, corporate training, location based entertainment, or educating the next generation of students. The new business commercial director will have existing commercial relationships with at least one of the following vertical areas: Training, Education, Healthcare, or LBE. This person will make connections between ISV and end customer to ensure that PICO maintains it's leadership position as the primary dedicated enterprise XR devices company.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a leading evangelist for the brand by attending industry events and speaking at conferences/tradeshows.
- Build connections across the market by engaging with stakeholders through direct outreach (calls, meetings, etc.).
- Drive new business by deploying devices with new projects or end-customers who haven't used PICO devices before.
- This is a role for people who want to solve technical and business blockers that have prevented larger roll-outs in the XR industry.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in a commercial role within a software or hardware XR company.
- Ability to travel across Europe, UK, Middle East, and ANZ regions.
- Proven experience in managing a sales pipeline and closing seven-figure deals.
- Strong public speaking skills and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability or open to working in the US in the future.
- Able to speak additional languages to support communication with global teams and clients
- Have an active presence on LinkedIn or other professional social media networks.
- Experience leading or growing enterprise hardware brands into new regions.
