Our digital nomad team of more than 1200 professionals works all over the world. Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Poland, Israel, Turkey, Latvia and many others.

We are looking for an Internal Communications Lead. The person will lead the direction of internal communications social responsibility: develop a strategy for intercom and social responsibility with clear metrics and deliver measurable outcomes. Appropriate results are — people know about our company and want to represent it, they are actively engaged with our content and have a positive perception of our company’s strategy and goals; people are happy, their problems are being solved, positive dynamics in the number of people resigning and unhappy people. This position is for those who have a strong sense of social responsibility, a desire to make a difference and want to work in fast-paced, demanding, and rewarding conditions.

Your main tasks will be:

    • Conduct an analysis of internal communication channels and develop a strategy with clear, measurable metrics to position SDG as a distinctive and attractive internal HR brand. Ensure employees are well-informed about the company, feel inspired by our mission, growth, and innovative products, and are motivated to represent SDG.
    • Increase SDG employee engagement by at least 80% in online events, feedback, survey responses, reactions and proficiently analyze respective data.
    • Make our people happy in their locations (so they stay in the company, and recommend SDG to others). Analyze the current state of social responsibility within the company and propose a clear strategy and vision to enhance it. This includes conducting and analyzing a relocation survey, arranging the delivery of presents, ensuring employees receive their gifts on time, and other related tasks;
    • Implement an impactful strategy and tasks for the team that prioritizes our employees' mental, physical, and social well-being.

    We expect from you:

    • Experienced in creating internal communication strategies with well-defined goals and measurable metrics;
    • Proven successful experience in presenting strategy for C-level, public speaking skills, and ability to defend your vision;
    • Excellent Russian and English language skills;
    • Strong skills to motivate and inspire others to join social initiatives;
    • Good knowledge of how to work in Google Sheets;
    • Strong organizational and project management skills (budget management, goal/kpi setting, project planning, team management, results tracking, etc);
    • Able to manage company-wide initiatives and external partners;
    • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintain a growth mindset, view every problem as an opportunity, and always find solutions;
    • Great level of energy, initiative, drive, enthusiasm and optimism;
    • Strong empathy, ability to find common language with people of different views;
    • Good communication skills, flexibility;
    • Independence, having own vision/ability to propose ideas, and the ability to achieve results (perseverance).

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
