Our Operations consulting team combines industry knowledge, subject expertise and extensive experience in operational strategy formulation, operational effectiveness, project management, operations transformation, procurement transformation and supply chain optimization. Our client base consists primarily of large and medium organizations.

More specifically, our procurement team helps large companies in Greece to maximize value and profitability through the design, development and implementation of procurement excellence solutions and procurement operational strategies.  

Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team:

• Perform end-to-end procurement processes focusing on Source-to-Contract for highly paced and complex organizations
• Ensure efficient monitoring and optimization of end-to-end procurement processes through automations, operational improvements and decreased lead times
• Manage the receipt of purchasing requests, the conduction of tenders, the performance of negotiations and the execution of all relevant activities mainly for technical equipment/services/projects of industrial operations 
• Participate in relevant project management activities as member of a diverse procurement consulting team 
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure clarity of specifications
• Evaluate and select appropriate and cost-efficient suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships
• Understand the relevant product and service categories and conduct market research for potential suppliers - focusing mainly on technical equipment/services/projects - to meet the team’s goals
• Assist to the development, update and implementation of procurement operational strategies

What we are looking for:

• Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign university, preferably with Engineering background
• Two (2) to five (5) years of working experience in the fields of Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement Engineering, Purchasing, Category Management, Contract Management, Procurement Consulting, Tendering or Tenders Management  
• Previous experience in Procurement of technical equipment or services for industrial operations will be considered as a plus
• Previous experience in the energy, utilities and/or manufacturing industries and/or related to public tenders will be highly appreciated
• Familiarization with Source-to-Contract and Purchase-to-Pay processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with various departments/ clients/ suppliers 
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• SAP experience will be considered as an asset
