Für unsere deutsche Rechtsabteilung am Standort München suchen wir fortlaufend
Rechtsreferendare (w/m/d)
mit ausgeprägtem Interesse am deutschen Medien-, Wettbewerbs-, Urheber-, Telekommunikations- sowie Datenschutzrecht
Verantwortlichkeiten :
- Unterstützung bei Recherchen und Gutachten zu wirtschafts- und medienrechtlichen Fragestellungen sowie bei Kurzgutachten zu vertraglichen Fragestellungen
- Unterstützung der Rechtsabteilung in allg. juristischen Fragestellungen, Tätigkeiten und Recherchen
- Mitwirkung bei allgemeinen Vertragsgestaltungen
- Erstellung juristischer Übersichten und Zusammenfassungen
erforderliche Qualifikation :
- Abgeschlossene erste juristische Staatsprüfung in Rechtswissenschaften mit mind. Note „befriedigend“
- Vorkenntnisse der beschriebenen Rechtsgebiete wünschenswert
- Absolute Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
- Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen PC Anwendungen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Eine Zusatzvergütung für die Dauer der Wahlstation wird nicht gewährt.
