• Lead global test management for SAP S/4HANA transformation projects across all streams and sub-projects.
• Consolidate, validate, and monitor test time windows, schedules, and resource plans.
• Oversee test processes, ensuring delivery of test-relevant outcomes.
• Resolve test-related issues across OneERP project streams.
• Act as the main point of contact for management roles and the overall Project Manager (PM).
• Report on test planning, preparation, execution, and milestones.
• Support and de-escalate testing inquiries and challenges.
• Assist testers with test processes, tools, and execution.
• Initiate and monitor test activities: test case creation, data/user provision, execution, defect management, and lessons learned workshops.
• Create and deliver status and test completion reports, manage test uploads, and plan individual functional tests.

• At least 10 years experience in testing and test coordination in SAP projects, especially in SAP S4/HANA Greenfield and Conversion projects.
• Knowledge of test tools (not a specific one necessary) and methods, such as Atlassian Jira in combination with the add-on Xray, SAP Solution Manager and ISTQB® standards.
• Strong general SAP knowledge.
• Experience in large-scale transformation projects, ideally with OneERP.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English.
