Join our client's dynamic team as a Senior Designer, where your creativity will drive brand marketing design initiatives across various platforms. As a key member of our client's team, you will collaborate with editors and other creatives to bring projects from concept to completion, ensuring the brand's voice and visual identity are consistently represented. This is a remote opportunity (EST hours), with no specific end date.

Senior Designer (Brand Systems) Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute compelling design solutions for marketing campaigns, including paid media, social media, web, and print.
- Create engaging event branding materials, such as environmental design, signage, and digital assets.
- Design thought leadership content, including whitepapers and digital reports, with a focus on social activation.
- Craft high-visibility presentation designs for both internal and external audiences.
- Develop templates and systemize visual assets to maintain brand consistency.
- Translate marketing briefs into impactful visual designs that align with business priorities.
- Work closely with writers, project managers, and marketers to ensure cohesive messaging and creative strategy.
- Occasionally contribute to animation work for social media assets.
- Elevate production-ready assets with meticulous attention to detail and visual integrity.
- Ensure all designs meet accessibility, legal, and brand compliance standards.
Senior Designer (Brand Systems) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Over six years of experience in a creative, marketing, or brand studio environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma and PowerPoint is advantageous.
- Strong conceptual and brand design skills across various formats.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with professionalism and adaptability.
