Job Description

This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our voice platform. You will work closely with other engineers to design, build, and maintain our systems. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving issues, implementing performance improvements, and automating tasks. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation.

Must have:

Experience with Linux/Unix systems
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
Experience with monitoring and alerting tools
Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good to have:

Experience with VoIP technologies
Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Agile methodologies
