- Collaborate with multiple teams and individuals across the organization to understand their goals.
- Guide the production of design solutions from ideation to execution for digital campaigns, websites, product launches, social media, client presentations, sales materials, live events and more.
- Take a fresh look at current creative services teams and work processes, identify areas of opportunity, and execute strategies.
- Manage external agencies, constantly evaluating and identifying new needs and appropriate resources to support creative projects and campaigns.
- Lead the creative staff, providing mentorship and motivation to elevate design best practices, content development and overall creative workflow.
- Ensure keen attention to detail in all creative work produced by the team, holding them accountable to work that aligns with company objectives and brand identity.
- Foster the professional development and readiness of the creative team by proactively identifying opportunities to improve their skills and processes and support their professional growth.
- Ensure timely communication between creative and stakeholders.
- Minimum of 8+ years of design experience, leading an in-house creative, design firm or advertising agency. Financial services or tech company is preferred.
- Experience in all things design: from websites, collateral, logos, UX, videos, etc.; with a role up your sleeves attitude to help pitch in wherever needed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling the ability to influence people at all levels and guide decision-making processes to achieve desired outcomes.
- Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Keen aesthetic sense, creative thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.

Salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, business needs, and geographic regions.
NY: Salary range for the position: $120,000 USD to 130,000 USD.
