US-Expert

The US-Expert role involves demonstrating and sustaining top-performing sales and service to Apple customers. This includes understanding customer needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers. The expert is expected to be knowledgeable about Apple's products, services, purchase options, and sales processes, and to proactively stay up to date. Support for peers through knowledge sharing about Apple’s products, services, and purchase options is also expected, as well as assisting in offering ownership opportunities. The role also includes maintaining accuracy, following guidance, providing customer service and support, and contributing to an inclusive environment.
