Position Overview:
This User Researcher will be joining the On Location team, specifically focusing on FIFA World Cup 26TM. They will serve as the voice of the customer, developing a deep understanding of both customers and end-users to shape the product and event strategies to exceed customer expectations and deliver against unmet needs.
Who You Are:
You have 3-5 years of experience in the field of user research.
You have a bachelor’s degree or higher in a discipline, ideally Human-Computer Interaction or Social Psychology.
You have experience working with product managers, product designers, data scientists, and engineers.
You bring demonstrated expertise in qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-method exploratory research.
You take a user-centric, needs-based approach to informing product and event development, resulting in business outcomes by fulfilling user needs.
Comfortable being the lead in planning, scoping, conducting, analyzing, and communicating research across multiple projects/products (possibly in different stages within the product lifecycle).
You have demonstrated experience translating insights into recommendations applicable to different business functions.
You have a portfolio of past projects that demonstrate your ability to summarize findings and communicate clearly to showcase your user research expertise.
What You’ll Do:
Create and execute a user research plan that helps build an understanding around end-users and customers attending a VIP event/ experience in the sports industry.
Involve the team in research and present findings at an agile pace that synchronizes with the team’s goals and milestone deadlines.
Manage stakeholders appropriately, involving them in key learnings and aiding in decision-making processes.
Distill complex insights into actionable recommendations, tailoring your communication cross-functionally to all levels of the organization, and owning all deliverables for your projects.
Design and conduct generative and evaluative user research using qualitative (field observations, remote and in-person usability studies, and interviews) and quantitative methods (surveys).
Work across teams of PMs, Engineers, Designers, Data Scientists, and Marketers to deliver innovative solutions.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

$86,250 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$115,000 annually
