Studying Economics and looking for a part-time job on the side of studies? Excellent! We are looking for support with our Expense Management and this is a limited part time position that will require approximately 20-30h/month.

We have a digital expense management software in place, so this role is about making sure the expenses are tied to the right projects and posts in our accounting. It requires structure, attention to detail and a lot of persistence. You will receive initial guidance but are then expected to run this very autonomously even if our accountant will always be available to support when needed. Together you will agree on a good set up when it comes to schedule and how to plan the work best way.

Responsibilities:

  • Making sure invoices and receipts are handed in accurately and in a timely manner
  • Support with monthly reports on the expenses
  • Making sure the expenses are allocated to the correct projects and/or budget posts
  • Certify that per diem and other policies are being followed in the expense flow


Skills/attributes needed to succeed in the role:

  • You are studying or have studied economics at University Level
  • You are familiar with the Office package (teams, outlook, excel)
  • Excellent English, both spoken and written
  • Curiosity, flexibility, persistence and an eye for detail

Practicalities:

Start date asap, and running to June 2025.

We expect you to be able to attend an in-seat onboarding at our very cozy office in Södermalm, Stockholm, where you are also very warm welcome to perform the job when suitable for you. We are open to a hybrid solution, but we expect you to come into the office for guidance and team collaboration when needed.
