Krafton is a global studio that publishes uniquely enjoyable games. They are dedicated to innovating gaming enjoyment with new challenges and technologies, expanding platforms to reach a larger fan base. They are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join them in becoming a renowned creator of global gaming masterpieces. This specific role is for a 3D Environment Artist for Project AA, a mobile collectible RPG with a cheerful, anime-style aesthetic. The team has a proven track record with a mobile game that achieved over 500 billion KRW in cumulative sales. They are embarking on a new challenge to create a subculture mobile game and are looking for talented individuals to join their new game development.
Must have:
- 3+ years of practical experience in 3D background creation using 3ds Max.
- Ability to communicate smoothly with various job roles.
- Understanding of background creation pipeline in Unity.
- Proficiency or enjoyment in creating cute and stylized background props.
- No disqualifications for overseas business trips.
Good to have:
- Broad and objective understanding of subculture trends.
- Experience in new game and subculture game development.
- Experience in cute-style background art and leveling.
- Familiarity with Zbrush.
- Experience in creating hand-painted textures.

- 3ds Max 기반 배경 제작 경력을 포함한 3년 이상의 관련 실무 경험을 보유하신 분
- 다양한 직군과의 원활한 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 분
- Unity 환경에서의 배경 제작 파이프라인에 대한 이해를 갖추신 분
- 귀엽고 스타일라이즈된(Stylized) 배경 프랍 제작에 능숙하거나 이를 즐기시는 분
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분

- 서브컬쳐 문화 전반에 대한 폭넓고 객관적인 이해를 갖추신 분
- 신규 게임 및 서브컬처 게임 제작 참여 경험
- 귀여운 스타일의 배경 아트 및 레벨링 경험 보유
- Zbrush에 익숙하신 분
- 핸드 페인팅 기반 텍스처 제작 경험이 있으신 분
