This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely execution of all client-related processes.
Must Have
- Coordinate and execute bulk updates to client records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure all client data management activities comply with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
- Execute the entire client offboarding process with diligence and accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client exit activities meet standards.
- Address client inquiries and process requests through CRM tickets.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Job Title: Senior Client Service Associate
Location: Gurgaon
Team: Global Service Processing, Client Services
The Senior Associate, Global service processing (GSP), plays a crucial role in managing and executing client-related processes, particularly focusing on bulk updates, deceased and bankruptcy cases, Client account terminations and GDPR compliance activities. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bulk Updates Management:
- Coordinate and execute bulk updates to client records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure all bulk requests are processed correctly.
- GDPR Compliance Activities:
- Ensure all client data management activities like DSAR, FSCS, Individual rights, comply with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
- Client Offboarding / Account Terminations:
- Ensure the entire client offboarding process is executed with diligence and procedures are followed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Compliance, Legal, and Operations to ensure all client exit activities meet regulatory and company standards.
- Client services:
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Processing client requests through CRM tickets through collaboration with internal operations.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure best practices are followed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client services or Operations, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of GDPR and other data protection regulations.
- Experience of working with Global organizations and multiple time zones
- Experience with CRM and client management systems.
- Strong understanding of Client life cycle processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of legal processes related to deceased and bankruptcy cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
