Job Description
The Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Account Director is a key ambassador for Condé Nast, responsible for driving meaningful partnerships and advertising revenue across our portfolio of iconic brands. This role requires a dynamic, strategic thinker who can inspire passion for Condé Nast’s storytelling and category leadership—both internally and externally.
You’ll cultivate and deepen relationships with clients and agencies, lead innovative cross-platform solutions, and bring ideas to life across print, digital, social, video, and tentpole events. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and is known for their ability to connect, communicate, and close.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage short- and long-term account plans across a defined client list, driving growth and retention.
- Build and sustain deep relationships with key decision-makers at client and agency levels.
- Partner closely with Editorial, Creative, Product, and Marketing teams to translate brand storytelling into business-driving ideas.
- Ideate, sell, and execute integrated, multi-platform programs across Condé Nast’s media ecosystem.
- Serve as the brand ambassador at key industry and client events, embodying Condé Nast’s creativity, authority, and innovation.
- Deliver accurate revenue forecasting, account reporting, and share-of-market analysis

- 5+ years of consultative, integrated sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding goals.

- Deep passion for Condé Nast brands and the categories we serve.
- Experience selling custom content, 360 marketing programs, and tentpole events strongly preferred.

The expected base salary range for this position is from $128,000-$180,000 Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
