Condé Nast Taiwan is seeking a Head of CNCC to lead its Commercial Creative Department. This role involves driving business development for white-label services, including integrated marketing, PR, and influencer marketing, to achieve revenue targets. The Head will manage commercial support units, integrate teams, and formulate strategies for sustainable growth and market competitiveness. Key responsibilities also include strategic planning for omni-media marketing, innovative content development, fostering external partnerships, and ensuring strong client relationships and business growth.

CNCC (Condé Nast Commercial Creative) provides public relations activities and marketing planning services for leading fashion boutiques and lifestyle brands. Understanding the marketing needs of customers, and provides online and offline all-round services with the service tenet of "Customer Communication" Media integrated marketing and public relations services.
1. Lead Condé Nast Commercial Creative Department
- Responsible for business development of the company's White Label Business (integrated marketing, public relations activities, influencer marketing) and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.
- Manage the company's Commercial Support units (content marketing, brand events, commercial editing, brand marketing).
- Integrate all Commercial Support teams to assist the sales team in achieving performance targets.
- Responsible for the department's sustainable development and strategies to maintain the company's market competitiveness, organizational operations, and growth innovation.
2. Integrated Services and Strategic Planning
- Integrate team resources to provide scalable and competitive services and sales portfolios to the market.
- Plan unique omni-media marketing service positioning and long-term strategies to strengthen competitive advantages.
- Formulate commercial content and cross-platform promotion directions to enhance brand value and market visibility.
- Integrate internal editorial, advertising, social media, video, data, and design resources to create innovative and influential integrated plans and products.
3. Innovation Development and Product Planning
- Lead the development and commercialization of commercial content IPs, expanding business boundaries and monetization opportunities.
- Introduce innovative content forms and diverse revenue models to establish an expandable content business system.
- Explore and evaluate emerging media trends and tools, introducing potential new platforms and forms.
- Develop external cooperation opportunities (e.g., content creators, platforms, production teams) and co-create new projects and services with partners that have market influence.
4. Cross-departmental Collaboration
- Establish efficient cross-departmental collaboration processes, integrating key resources such as editorial, video, business, and data to complete client services and business execution.
5. Client Management and Business Growth
- Deepen existing client relationships, providing customized integrated marketing solutions.
- Actively develop potential clients and strategic cooperation opportunities to expand revenue sources.
- Lead the team to achieve annual performance and profit targets, ensuring both client satisfaction and project results.
6. Execute tasks assigned by the company or superiors, possessing high adaptability and execution capabilities.
