You will advise clients across the value chain, establish relationships with key decision-makers, and significantly exceed revenue targets for assigned accounts.

Must Have

  • Professional in Business, Finance, Economics or related careers.
  • 3-5 years experience in B2B consultative sales or commercial areas.
  • Mandatory English B2 or C1 proficiency.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify commercial opportunities and generate client solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic data analysis.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and focused on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to develop relationships with financial sector clients.
  • Deep understanding of the financial sector and key players.

What You'll Bring:

  • Professional in Business, Finance, Economics or related careers
  • Experience (3 – 5 years) in B2B consultative sales or commercial areas. Desirable experience in the Financial, Technology or Fintech sector.
  • English B2 or C1 (mandatory).
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify commercial opportunities and generate customer-oriented solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge in data analysis.
  • Results-oriented, proactivity and focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to develop relationships, engage, advise and communicate persuasively with financial sector clients in face-to-face scenarios that demonstrate real-time vision, flexibility and good judgment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to seek compromises with clients to drive business growth.
  • Independence, initiative, business acumen and excellent written, verbal and narrative negotiation and communication skills.
  • Commercial maturity, strong leadership and listening skills with the ability to analyze input from clients, partners, TransUnion associates and the market, to clearly identify and articulate needs and growth opportunities.

Impact You'll Make:

This position is responsible for maintaining and deepening the relationship with financial sector clients. The role will contribute to our clients by identifying their needs and generating incremental and innovative commercial opportunities with the aim of positioning TransUnion as the "trusted partner" to achieve desired objectives.

Main Functions

  • Deeply understand the financial sector and key players to promote the adoption of existing and new products.
  • Advise and work with financial sector clients across the entire value chain (engagement, analysis / benchmarking, acquisition, administration, recovery / collection) with solutions that help maximize their objectives.
  • Establish relationships with key decision-makers, vice presidents, and decision-makers.
  • Increase revenue in assigned accounts, significantly exceeding objectives.
  • Work in conjunction with internal partners (Strategy and Planning, Products, Operations and Technology) to establish project priorities, plan capabilities, recommend processes, solutions, product and / or service improvements.
  • Support the monthly billing process for each of the accounts in your portfolio to guarantee committed revenues.

Basic Functions

  • Provide comprehensive sales and service support to clients, ensuring an agile and effective experience.
  • Be the primary point of contact for resolving inquiries and problems, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Manage and maintain the assigned portfolio, identifying cross-selling opportunities and developing initiatives that generate value for the accounts.
  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, promoting satisfaction, loyalty and the achievement of growth objectives.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
