Job Description

Quantic Dream seeks an Associate Lead Shooting to contribute to their Star Wars Eclipse™ project. Responsibilities include creating short/medium-term shooting schedules, preparing shoots by collaborating with various departments, assisting the director and Lead Shooting in all prep stages (design to animation delivery), organizing team tasks, and monitoring animation integration into the game. The ideal candidate possesses at least 5 years of audiovisual project experience, ideally with motion capture or video game experience. Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills are crucial, along with fluency in English.

Job Details

Afin de soutenir le développement de notre projet Star Wars Eclipse™, nous recrutons un profil d’Associate Lead Shooting. Sous la supervision du Lead Shooting, vous aurez comme responsabilité de :

Réaliser et consolider un planning à court / moyen-terme des tournages prévus à Quantic Dream.
Préparer les tournages en réunissant tous les éléments clés en collaboration avec les différents départements participant au tournage.
Assister le réalisateur et le lead shooting dans les différentes étapes de préparations, du design à la livraison des animations.
Organiser les différentes tâches de l'équipe en soutien à la préparation des tournages.
Suivre l'intégration des animations dans le jeu.

Au moins 5 ans d'expérience sur des projets audiovisuels avec idéalement une première expérience en motion capture ou jeu vidéo.
Motivé·e, capable de travailler de façon autonome et de délivrer à temps.
Grande capacité d'adaptation face à la versatilité du projet.
Autonome et rigoureux·se, avec une capacité à déléguer.
Très bonne capacité d'analyse et de prise de décisions.
Anglais courant écrit et parlé impératif.
