Job Description

Exabeam is seeking an Associate Vice President to expand market presence. This role involves driving sales, collaborating with channel partners, and representing Exabeam to secure business. The AVP will be responsible for building a high-performing sales team, coaching sales leaders, and motivating team members to achieve results. Key responsibilities include attracting and retaining talent, developing KPIs, working with strategic partners, and collaborating with various functional teams. The AVP will also be expected to meet sales targets and build a strong, engaged organization. This role reports to the VP Americas.

Exabeam is looking for an Associate Vice President to grow and expand our market presence.  This person will be responsible for driving sales efforts and working with ecosystem channel partners to maximize market adoption and domination. You will serve as the face and voice of Exabeam and effectively build out your respective region/territory, secure key wins and capture business. 
 
Description: 
  • Attract, retain, and build a high performing sales team
  • A world-class coach of sales leaders, proven success developing and coaching sales leaders with proven results and growth
  • Partner with the talent acquisition/recruiting team to attract great sales candidates
  • Motivate each team member to achieve exceptional results, scalable bookings growth with strong predictability
  • Develop and track of KPI’s to help increase of overall sales productivity and to improve decision- making
  • Reports to VP Americas
  • Strong experience working with and selling through key strategic partners - VARs/SI/MSSP/Disti
  • Works effectively and collaboratively with all functional parts of the organization as a senior leader
Requirements: 
  • Proven track record in leading and coaching and mentoring first line sales leaders as well as individual contributors/quota carriers
  • Communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Own and manage the entire sales process
  • Maintain outstanding relationships with internal and external customers
  • Quick decision making
  • Create strategic path for the sales organization
  • Consistently hit sales targets/goals
  • Willing to travel 40%
  • Build a strong organization with high levels of employee engagement by attracting and developing superior talent
  • Prior experience within a PE-backed cyber security software company preferred
  • Preferred experience in a cybersecurity company with the ability to articulate technology gaps, disruption, and value to CISO
  • Highly instrumented and analytic sales executive with extensive experience selling across all industry vertical in the Enterprise segment
  • Proven success in building high-performing sales teams leveraging proven, repeatable methodologies
  • Has a persistent, winning attitude and growth mindset
  • Inspirational leader and team player who builds strong relationships and thrives in high-growth, mission-driven, customer-focused environments

The annual starting salary for this position is between $220,000 - $235,000 annually plus commission, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
