Body Repair Vehicle Paint Prepper

Tesla's Body Repair Program seeks a Vehicle Paint Prepper in Oakleigh South for a full-time role. Responsibilities include removing grease, dirt, paint, or rust from vehicle surfaces; assisting the painter with pre-paint blending; working with the paint team to meet delivery schedules; filling small dents and scratches; buffing and waxing finished paintwork; disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling spray equipment; and detailing vehicles for delivery. The ideal candidate possesses prior experience in vehicle paint processes, ability to follow directions and collaborate effectively, can handle varying work conditions (hot, cold, wet, humid), and can lift up to 25kg.
