Job Description

SOFTSWISS is looking for a Business Development Manager to expand their team. The role involves conducting research on Payment Service Providers (PSPs), communicating with potential PSPs, assisting with the underwriting process, making volume forecasts, and managing relationships with Treasury and Legal teams. The manager will also arrange referral agreements and control margin levels. SOFTSWISS is an international iGaming software expert and industry leader. The company creates iGaming market trends and offers remote work with flexible hours.
Must have:
  • 1+ years experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced English for client communication.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Experience creating and implementing strong client relationships.
Good to have:
  • Experience in Fintech/Payments.
  • Experience working in a PSP.
  • Experience in account management/Sales/BizDev.
  • Experience in Gambling/iGaming.

Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Business Development Manager.

Key responsibilities:

  • Holding actual PSP and PM research as per our main market needs
  • Perform calls and further communication with potential PSPs
  • Help underwriting process by sending requests for Check List, NDAs and KYC/B from the PSP
  • Make volume forecasts, rate and fee calculations for new PSPs, BAM and On-boarding Teams
  • Work closely with Treasury and Legal team regarding new PSPs, current contract and commercials, discounts etc.
  • Arrange Referral agreements with PSP, Gateways, Facilitators/Integrators and others and promote to partners
  • Control the margin level per market and take actions to increase it

Requirements:

  • Experience 1+ years in the same role or the role related to the current position
  • Advanced level of English as both internal communication and communication with clients is in English
  • Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills
  • Previous experience with creating and implementing strong relationships with clients
