Job Description

The Integration PMO Manager at eBay drives day-to-day coordination, governance, and delivery across back-office functional integration workstreams, supporting executive reporting with analytics. Key responsibilities include planning and tracking integration execution, managing dependencies, running cross-functional forums, preparing SteerCo packs, maintaining documentation, and managing risks. This role ensures audit-ready outputs and collaborates with analytics teams for executive-ready reporting and dashboarding.
Must Have:
  • 5+ years in program/project management, PMO, or operations roles with demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional back-office integrations
  • Proficient in governance and execution skills: coordinating operations, managing deliverables, tracking risks/issues, and providing executive reports
  • Skilled at summarising information into clear narratives
  • Analytics proficiency as a support function: SQL and BI (e.g., Tableau/Data Studio/Looker), target definition alignment, and dashboarding for leadership forums
  • Excellent partner management and communication, with shown experience partnering across multiple functions
  • Experience with integration cadences (weekly cross-functional, SteerCo, quarterly scorecards) and audit-ready documentation standards

The Integration PMO Manager is a business-minded operator who drives day-to-day coordination, governance, and delivery across back-office functional integration workstreams, while providing supporting analytics capability for executive reporting. Coordinates integration deliverables on monday.com, updates trackers, and contributes to the M&A scorecard.

What you will accomplish:

  • Back-office integration coordination: Plan, track, and facilitate execution across multiple workstreams; manage dependencies and raise blockers to meet key integration moments.
  • Governance cadence & meeting operations: Supports in running weekly cross-functional forums, prepare bi-monthly SteerCo packs, and ensure a single source of truth for deliverables, risks, and decisions; produce agendas, minutes, and action logs per eMIT standards.
  • Documentation & controls: Supports to maintain BRDs, RASCI matrices, trackers, and decision logs; ensure outputs are audit-ready and aligned to public-company expectations and integration playbooks.
  • Risk & issue management: Supports in maintaining heatmap items and critical-path risks; drive timely critical issue and mitigation planning with functional leads and the BU Integration Lead.
  • Hybrid Analytics support function: Collaborate with analytics teams to align metric definitions and provide executive-ready reporting (weekly readouts, SteerCo summaries, quarterly scorecard inputs); build pragmatic dashboards for core integration critical metrics

What you will bring

  • 5+ years in program/project management, PMO, or operations roles with demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional back-office integrations in fast-paced environments (marketplace/e-commerce preferred).
  • Proficient in governance and execution skills: coordinating operations, managing deliverables, tracking risks/issues, and providing executive reports; skilled at summarising information into clear narratives.
  • Analytics proficiency as a support function: SQL and BI (e.g., Tableau/Data Studio/Looker), target definition alignment, and dashboarding for leadership forums; able to turn ambiguous business needs into reliable reporting artifacts.
  • Excellent partner management and communication, with shown experience partnering across multiple functions.
  • Experience with integration cadences (weekly cross-functional, SteerCo, quarterly scorecards) and audit-ready documentation standards.
