Job Description

Razorfish Health is seeking a Copywriter to shape clear, compelling, and strategically aligned creative content. Building on 2+ years of experience, you will take on larger assignments, contributing to projects from start to finish with increasing independence. You will develop your craft by exploring brand voice, visual language, and conceptual thinking within a collaborative team that values inclusivity, mentorship, and creative growth. This role involves translating briefs into engaging concepts and accurately annotating projects for fact-checking.

  • Perform correction checks and revisions independently
  • Contribute to projects from concept through execution, collaborating with art directors and cross-functional teams
  • Communicate proactively with project managers and creative leads to manage workload and expectations
  • Track time accurately and ensure timely submission of timesheets
  • Participate in team culture by offering feedback, supporting peers, and embracing inclusive values
  • Demonstrate emotional self-awareness and openness to feedback

As a Copywriter within Razorfish Health, you’ll play a key role in shaping creative content that is clear, compelling, and strategically aligned with brand and therapeutic goals. Building on foundational experience (typically 2+ years), you’ll begin to take on larger assignments and contribute to projects from start to finish with increasing independence. You’ll continue developing your craft while exploring brand voice, visual language, and conceptual thinking—supported by a collaborative team environment that values inclusivity, mentorship, and creative growth.

Compensation Range:$66,785.00 - $92,295.00 Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
