As a Regional Sales Manager, you will drive regional sales strategy and business development for advanced cybersecurity and data protection solutions, ensuring sustained revenue growth. You will cultivate trusted relationships with C-suite executives and key partners, leading the entire sales process from prospecting to closure. Responsibilities include delivering impactful solution demos, partnering with technical teams, and staying updated on evolving cybersecurity and compliance frameworks to position solutions effectively.
Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience working and selling in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (B2).
  • Availability to travel internationally within LATAM.
  • Colombian citizenship or work permit.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid role, office based in Bogotá.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling to end-users directly and through channels (tier 1 and 2), leveraging all routes to market. You will sell our market-leading CSP Portfolio by understanding of the client’s business and the industry in which they thrive, the corresponding Data Protection initiatives (e.g. SOX, HIPAA, NERC, PCI, etc), identifying how we can match the customer needs, developing compelling business value propositions for our solutions and ultimately closing opportunities. You will also develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level decision-makers and other key buyers within the region.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead regional sales strategy and business development for advanced cybersecurity and data protection solutions, driving sustained revenue growth.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with C-suite executives, IT leaders, and key partners to expand market reach and influence buying decisions.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process — from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closure — ensuring consistent overachievement of targets.
  • Deliver impactful solution demos and presentations that showcase the value of data protection and application security in mitigating risk and ensuring compliance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with technical and management teams to accelerate deal cycles, forecast pipeline health, and meet strategic KPIs.
  • Stay ahead of evolving cybersecurity and compliance frameworks (PCI, SOX, HIPAA, ISO27001, IEC62443, etc.) to position solutions as trusted enablers of digital resilience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor´s degree in computer science, engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience working and selling in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (B2).

Position Requirements

  • Availability to travel internationally within LATAM.
  • Colombian citizenship or work permit.
  • Hybrid role, office based in Bogotá.
