This is a part-time casual position with a night shift only schedule, typically starting at 7pm and requiring availability during all nights (weeknights, weekend nights, and holiday nights). Fluency in French is essential for collecting and inputting domestic theater and studio data for French Canadian theaters, as well as identifying and utilizing various reporting methods. Responsibilities include monitoring reporting times, tracking data, preparing source documents, identifying and interpreting data, researching theaters, entering data, resolving inconsistencies, making corrections, and assisting peers and new employees.
Must have:
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Fluency in French (reading, writing, speaking)
  • 0-1 year of related experience and/or training
  • Data entry experience
  • Experience using internet search engines in a research capacity
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Possesses solid oral and written communication skills
  • Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employee organizations

About This Role:

This is a part-time casual position with a night shift only schedule. Night shifts typically begin at 7pm but may begin as early as 6pm. Must be willing to work past midnight Pacific Time. Availability during all nights (weeknights, weekend nights, and holiday nights) is required.

Fluency in French (reading, writing, speaking) is required for this role as it collects and inputs domestic theater and studio related data for French Canadian theaters. This role also identifies and utilizes various methods of reporting to complete data.

What You'll Do:

  • Monitor theatres normal reporting time and evaluate the need to contact or communicate with the day shift on issues that can be handled during the day.
  • Keep track of received data and source documents.
  • Prepare and sort source documents.
  • Identify and interpret data to be entered.
  • Research and locate theaters to be entered.
  • Enter alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen and enter necessary codes.
  • Research pre-release data and contact originator to confirm.
  • Contact originators of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
  • Make necessary corrections to information entered.
  • Successfully perform on job function in the Data Center with minimal mistakes.
  • Help peers as time permits.
  • Make suggestions to improve the processes.
  • Train and perform three different job functions in the Data Center with minimal errors.
  • Take initiative to float from job function to job function to meet department needs.
  • Assist new Data Center Employees.
  • Train new employees as required by Manager.

What You'll Need:

  • Pay rate for CO (excluding Denver) $15.81 Hourly
  • Pay rate for WA (excluding Seattle/SeaTac) $17.66 Hourly

Must be able to read, write and speak French
