Job Summary
This role involves managing open backlog, tracking shipments and revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient order management. The specialist will coordinate with Global Supply Planning, Material Planning Management, and logistics teams to ensure timely material and shipment delivery. Key responsibilities include preparing revenue projections and identifying potential risks. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of experience in backlog, delivery, or supply chain management, with expertise in Google Workspace, especially Sheets and Slides. The role also requires supporting the U.S. shift.
Must Have
- Responsible for open backlog, shipment & revenue tracking.
- Deal with order management on order related matter by max delivery fullfill customer satisfaction.
- Deal with Global Supply Planning (GSP) and Material Planning Management (MPM) on materials delivery commits.
- Deal with logistic & shipment team on shipment arrangement.
- Prepare revenue projection and flag out if there is any/ potential revenue risk.
- Bachelor's degree with proven experience in backlog management, delivery management, or a related supply chain field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in this field.
- Expert knowledge of the Google Workspace suite is essential, particularly Google Sheets and Google Slides.
- Must be willing and able to support the U.S. shift as required.

- Having system knowledge in Oracle & SAP will be added advantage.
- Mandarin language proficiency is a plus as need to work with China customers.
