Daxko is looking for a Demand Marketing Manager to develop and execute high-impact marketing programs to drive new business opportunities. This role involves owning demand generation strategies, optimizing marketing campaigns, and working cross-functionally to ensure pipeline growth and revenue. Responsibilities include virtual event strategy and execution, platform management, project management using Asana, audience engagement and experience design, data and performance tracking using Salesforce, speaker and content coordination, and collaboration with marketing teams. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of demand generation or webinar production experience
  • Experience with virtual event platforms like Goldcast
  • Proficiency in Asana for project management
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM for tracking events
  • Strong analytical skills to measure ROI
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in demand generation marketing
  • 1–2 years of B2B marketing experience in a demand generation role
Good to have:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing

    Job Description

    Daxko is looking for a Demand Marketing Manager to develop and execute high-impact marketing programs that drive new business opportunities. In this role, you will own demand generation strategies, optimize marketing campaigns, and work cross-functionally to ensure our efforts translate into pipeline growth and revenue.     What You’ll Do

    • Virtual Event Strategy & Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of virtual events and webinars as key demand-generation tools.
    • Platform Management: Manage Goldcast or similar virtual event platforms, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
    • Project Management: Use Asana to coordinate event timelines, tasks, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
    • Audience Engagement & Experience: Design engaging virtual experiences that include live polls, Q&A, breakout sessions, and chat moderation to boost interaction.
    • Data & Performance Tracking: Analyze event performance using Salesforce and other analytics tools to track registrations, engagement, and post-event conversions.
    • Speaker & Content Coordination: Work with internal and external speakers to develop compelling event content aligned with marketing goals.
    • Collaboration & Promotion: Partner with content, social, and paid marketing teams to promote virtual events effectively.

    Qualifications

    What You Bring

    • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, virtual event marketing, or webinar production.
    • Hands-on experience with Goldcast, ON24, Zoom Webinars, or similar virtual event platforms.
    • Proficiency in Asana (or similar project management tools) for event planning and execution.
    • Experience with Salesforce CRM to track and report event-driven pipeline and conversions.
    • Strong analytical skills to measure virtual event ROI and optimize performance.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

    Must-Have Skills & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • 2–4 years of relevant experience in demand generation marketing.
    • 1–2 years of B2B marketing experience in a demand generation role.

    Nice-to-Haves:

    • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
    • Experience in the fitness industry (a plus).

    Additional Information

    The salary range for this role is $58,000 - $97,000 per year. Where you fall within the pay range is based on how you demonstrate the attributes and competencies required for the role. We mostly reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for internal growth. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, performance-based incentives, and opportunities for growth.
