Job Description
- Elaborate entity offers based on technical team expertise (R&D, production, operations).
- Create technical and commercial proposals and associated quotes.
- Support sales teams to promote solutions and negotiate contractual clauses with clients and partners.
- Analyze risks and opportunities and monitor commitments (costs, deadlines, deliverables).
- Lead projects: monitor overall activity progress against contractual commitments.
- Ensure quality of deliverables while respecting planning and costs.
- Financial monitoring of projects: cost control, analysis of actual vs. spent, cash flow monitoring (invoicing, payment).
- Experience in project management, covering offer, execution, and customer support.
- Leadership and a sense of consensus.
- Rigorous approach to managing varied subjects efficiently.
- Ability to interact directly with French and international clients.
- Skills in listening to client needs, leading demonstrations, and negotiating contracts.

WHO ARE WE ?
The Land and Air Systems activity designs systems, equipment, sensors and services for civil and military air traffic control, air defense as well as naval and land combat.
Aeromapper, located in Massy, is a dynamic and innovative startup of the Group, focused on drone activity within which about fifteen employees develop, produce and market drones for both defense (surveillance and reconnaissance) and civil (mapping, infrastructure monitoring) uses.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you are Offer and Project Manager within the entity.
A critical role within the company, your main mission is to support the growth of the activity by leading projects:
- Develop entity offers by relying on the expertise of technical teams (R&D, production, operations). You produce technical and commercial proposals as well as associated quotes.
- Support sales forces to promote solutions then to negotiate contractual clauses with the client and partners.
- Analyze risks and opportunities and monitor commitments (costs, deadlines, deliverables, etc.) made by the company.
- Project management: monitoring of the overall progress of activities in relation to contractual commitments, guaranteeing the quality of deliverables while respecting planning and costs.
- Financial monitoring of projects: cost control, analysis of actual / spent, cash flow monitoring (invoicing, payment, etc.)

With higher education (engineering school or equivalent), you have initial experience in:
- Project management, covering offer, execution and customer support,

- You like to be in direct contact with French and international clients, in particular to listen to their needs, lead demonstrations and negotiate contracts.
